Why should women weight train?
Toned means you've got lean muscles and low body fat. The only way you can build muscles is with resistance training (like weight training)
Lifting weights doesn't make you big and bulky it makes you lean.
The more lean muscle you have the more calories you can eat and what could be better than that?
Feeling strong helps your body and your mind.
Aesthetic benefits, if you want a curvy, strong, perky figure you're going to have to squat and deadlift.
